Erin has worked in the Real Estate sector, more specifically in Property Management, for more than 10 years.  Erin has extensive experience in dealing with prominent clients throughout her career. Throughout her career, Erin has managed numerous tenant and building improvements projects for office, industrial and retail properties.

Erin oversees the business operations for each project, including cost accounting analysis, project budgets and fiscal reports. Erin creates the company's policies, procedures and organizational structure.

Chad has worked in the construction industry for 12+ years, managing numerous commercial, retail and industrial projects. His dedication to client satisfaction instills a fundamental foundation in which to consistently provide high quality service.

 

Chad completes estimates and bidding packages as well as take-offs for each project. He works closely with clients to ensure quality is provided with each project, focusing on overall sfaction and efficiency. Chad implements the company’s vision and strategic goals in every project.

As a Project Manager, Victor supervises each project from the onset to completion to ensure deadlines are not only met, but often exceeded, and job costs are within budgetary constraints. He manages project schedules and coordinates procurement of materials and equipment.

Victor has over 10 years working in the construction industry, specializing in commercial remodeling projects. He has a sharp eye for details and manages each project so diligently that he often finalizes work earlier than the scheduled deadline.

Kylie is an engineering student who provides an eye for design and attention to detail as our Creative Director. She has an academic background in Architectural Drafting, Calculus 3 and Associates Certificate in CAD engineering Solidworks.

 

She is passionate about "learning to lead in a technical world" as the president of the Technology Student Association at her school where she organizes meetings and helps members of the club prepare to compete in different STEM-related projects at the state level. As a member of the club herself, she has competed in an event related to architectural drafting placing 1st in the state. She is very detail oriented and strives for perfection in her work.
